Overcoming Fear - a yoga flow, acro play & reflective yin session with Leo Oppenheim & Amy Patsalides, takes place at the beautiful Space at the Mill this Sunday.

Dipping your toes into the world of yoga can be extremely daunting when you first start out. Worries about not feeling strong or flexible enough, and looking like a novice can often deter many from embracing the fear and giving it a go.

You will explore how to overcome fear and begin to let go of restrictive behaviors on and off the mat, by looking at new ways to use the body for balance, focus and look to adopt more relaxed attitudes.

This 3 hour session is about feeling the fear, but doing it anyway, so why not channel your inner warrior this weekend and get flexi.
