Scrivener presents: Mental Health MOT - Mindset and Mobile Amnesty

  • Leeds Postal Service Wellington Street LS1 4JY (map)

A Mental Health MOT workshop by Keep Real founder Kimberley Robinson, sharing her personal story on mental health and highlighting top tips for stress management, the evolution of stress in an online world and opening up the discussion around mental health.

We'll also be working through some Mindset exercises with interactive worksheets, talking through our goals and gratitude in a bid to leave the event feeling more together and calm than we entered it.

As part of 'digital writers shed' Scrivener's event series, Mental Health MOT has been organised to help students keep everything together in exam and dissertation time and get some headspace from exams, essay writing and dissertations.

In a bid to be mindful, we'll be confiscating phones at the door (only for 2 hours!) in order to ensure some screen-free time and de-stressing.

Sign up for your free ticket here.
