Yolk is collaborating with The Gut Stuff to bring you two awesome yoga classes!

The gut-mind connection has been widely talked about and researched. Evidence suggests that a stressed and anxious mind has a direct impact on the health of your gut. Join yogi Kate Tittley and Yolk for a calming yoga class that will teach you how to consciously take control of your mind and practice mindfulness in your day-to-day and keep a happy gut. Yoga mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

The Gut Stuff is on a mission to make gut health more palatable. Born just over a year ago by co-founders Lisa and Alana Macfarlane (The Mac Twins) and India Wardrop, they made it their mission to bring the exciting information they were learning, to the masses (not just the “wellbeing aware” middle classes) and have since made The Gut Stuff the global thought leader in the space.
