The class will include a short meditation at the beginning to help with mindfulness and relaxation followed by the traditional Ashtanga Yoga primary series which combine breath and movement to a series of postures to produce an internal heat which will purify the mind & body.
In today's fast paced and demanding life it's beyond important to take time for yourself, slow down, move, connect, breath and reset. The practice of Yoga allows for greater connection and awareness to self and life.
The class will be done to a playlist and lead by Madeleine, whose love for Yoga lead her to India where she recently completed her 200hrs in Ashtanga Vinyasa.
