As the months grow colder, why not embrace the dark days with a fresh outlook. Rather than falling into the winter lull, lets celebrate the great indoors with the warm + snug hibernation elements of winter. Life is fast, so lets S L O W down and recharge in the run up to Christmas.
Join Roo of Tea Clay Love in a beautiful slow meditative evening of drinking tea in silent ceremony. During the tea ceremony, Michael Graham, Koto musician, will create a beautiful oriental ambiance as you watch the ritual of tea preparation and feel your connection to nature by mindfully drinking this ancient plant medicine. You will instantly feel yourself relaxing!
Receiving tea in ceremony is an opportunity to allow yourself the gift of silence, but also bring a mindfulness and appreciation to a simple everyday task and see it transform into something special.
This is an opportunity to feel present and in the moment all guided through the magic of the tea leaf. We will spend 30- 45 minutes in silent ceremony and finish with some open space and an opportunity for sharing and reflection.
Tickets available here.
